- It’s spring cleaning time! This is a great time to spruce up your landscape and trim trees in preparation for hurricane season. Hurricane season officially starts June 1st.
- HOA dues will be mailed out during the first week of July. Payments can be mailed to PO Box 551735, Davie, FL 33355 or sent via Zelle to pasadenaestateshoa@gmail.com. Make Checks Payable to Ridgeview Lake Estates North HOA.
- HOA Picnic date is November 2, 2025.

- Please follow the 2025 bulk pick up schedule (3rd Monday of every month). Place bulk pick up items out by swale no sooner than 2 days before pick up dates. Thank you.
- The street resurfacing project was completed by The Town of Davie as scheduled.
- We continue to strive to keep the common area landscape neatly trimmed and beautiful.
- Friendly reminder to place trash cans on the side of the house. Please do not leave them in front of the garage/driveway.
- We kindly request that homeowners ask their lawn services to begin work after 8am on weekdays & 9am on weekends.
