- 2026 bulk pick up schedule: 3rd Monday of every month. Please place items by swale no more than 2 days before scheduled pickup.
- We continue to maintain and enhance the landscaping in our common areas. Thank you for your support!
- A friendly reminder to store trash cans on the side of the house, not in front of garages or driveways.
- We kindly request that lawn services begin no earlier than 8:00 AM on weekdays and 9:00 AM on weekends.
